TGIF!!!!

Thank God it’s Friday.  I literally couldn’t wait to say this and I’m more than excited as I have a lot planned to do, yet the little time I have during this weekend.  As part of my weekend escapades in Lekki I would always spend time going out with friends, asides from seeing movies.  Students look forward to the weekend because of that as well.  Well you don’t have to go far or wild to have fun this weekend,  as Lekki has some of the best spots to unwind this weekend.  From having nice cocktails, to getting the local vibe with suya and beer, arcade games and more.  Some new spots as well opened up recently in Lekki.  You should check out some of these places this weekend:

Mousepad Lounge

It’s a couple of months old and some people are yet to discover this cool spot.  Mousepad has one of the most relaxing and vibrant atmosphere for hanging out, especially during the weekend where you can go chill, eat, play arcade games, 5D room, sports bar and listen to music with your friends.  This is definitely one of my top spots.  The ambiance is out of this world. Mousepad is located on 8, Mayaki Usman Street, Off Wole Ariyo Street, Off Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Alibi lounge 

This is another new one that just opened on Admiralty way, located inside the new mall which is directly opposite Dominos/Coldstone in Lekki Phase 1.  I haven’t checked it out yet,but I heard it is a nice spot for your weekend paroles with karaoke, good music and food. Also they have comedy show down every sunday night and the view is amazing from the penthouse.

Abe Igi Bar

The local spot as I would call it. There’s a lot to do there; you can get beer, suya, shawarma, pepper soup and also watch soccer with good music. The outdoor setting definitely it the spot to unwind during the weekend. Abe Igi is located the Hedges & Smith plaza opposite Queens pharmacy on admiralty way Lekki phase 1

Bukka Hut Lounge

Bukka hut is the classic place to turn up in Lekki now.  The spot changes up from a restaurant in the day to a lounge at night with good drinks, nice company and the DJ on the deck to turn you up. Check out Bukka Hut this Friday or Saturday night. Its doors are open till 4am in the morning. 69A Admiralty Way lekki Phase 1.

Cafe Maison

Just like every other contemporary spot in Lekki, Cafe maison locks it down every Friday and Saturday evenings till late, with great ambiance and live band. Cafe maison is known for the continental dishes so you unwind after a long week working with your friends, enjoy the good music, eat and gist all night.  It’s located at Prince Adelewo Adedeji street off admiralty way Lekki phase 1.
