GB – I am looking to do a project within Lekki and I want to hire contract staff

Lil – Contract staffs are always scarce around here but I will recommend Nysc or fresh graduates

GB- Wow. You said it all. Looks like they are scarce indeed.

Lil – How long will this be for and what is the role?

GB – The role is more like data gathering and entry, it should last for about a month.

Online Media Specialist

Leslie – I need a Social media or digital marketing specialist

Lil – It depends. What are you looking for specifically?

Leslie – It is because i need someone to manage my brands social media/Online activities

Lil – Let’s go with Online Media specialist, it is a combination of both

Leslie – It is a startup and we are looking to raise awareness about how people can benefit form our services.

Lil – I know about your startup

Leslie – That’s you but not everyone does we recently went technical with a fitness App as well

Lil – Let’s talk about this role

Leslie – It is for someone hardworking and within the ages of 20-30years old, Experience level 1-3years

Lil – Full time or part -time

Leslie – Depends on how capable and good the person is at managing presence online

Lil – I will implore people with social media experience and Online partnership to apply

Civil Engineer vs Marketing Officer

Lil – In recent light of things I don’t want to us to make this a fighting ground

HR CE – It takes one professional to know another

PCR – Well said. I agree.

Lil – Please tell us about your different roles without speaking to much English

HR CE – The role in question we are looking to hire for comes with high expectations

PCR – Don’t they all

Lil – Please let’s control this

PCR – Apologies, We are looking to hire an officer who wants to help our client build their public image

HR CE – It is important I mention it is a civil engineer role to work with an architect

Lil – At this point it is fair to agree that everyone is trying to build one thing or the other image or physical buildings

HR CE – From our perspective it will be a contracting role that will demand time management because of the people involved.

PCR – I forgot to mention our client is also into real estate and they are particular about appearance because of the level of clients they have

HR CE – That is self branding

Lil – I agree, if you can allow people to perceive you in a good way you can do the same for your company

PCR – Yes, but the civil engineer role has more to do with implementing what others draw out

HR CE – Why don’t we leave it to the experts to talk about when people apply

PCR – Is that all?

Lil – Please don’t go yet. Any other information we should know about?

PCR – The person has to be living within lekki and Ajah with 1-3years experience in a related field

HR CE – Well it is simple; Turning a designers plan into reality requires a lot including solutions and expect the candidate to be a problem solver. Also, it is a full time role and we expect people to apply asap
